On Tuesday, February 12, 2013, Josh Saltz of Peretz Chesal & Herrmann and Daniel Benavides of Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton will be giving a presentation entitled “Hot IP Issues: Licenses in Bankruptcy,” at the University of Miami School of Law in the Student Lounge, 1311 Miller Drive, Coral Gables, FL. There will be a reception at 6:00 PM and the presentation will begin at 6:30 PM. The event is being co-hosted by the University of Miami Intellectual Property Law Society and the Business & Corporate Law Society. All are welcome to attend.
