Josh Saltz and Moish Peltz Join the Firm as Associate Attorneys

Peretz Chesal & Herrmann is pleased to announce that Josh Saltz and Moish Peltz have joined the firm as associate attorneys. Mr. Saltz practices trademark, copyright, licensing, social media and Internet law. He has worked with small Internet startups to global brands with billions in revenue. Prior to joining PCH, Mr. Saltz worked for Sequel Technology & IP Law/eCrimetools.com in Washington, DC, where he led the domain name brand monitoring and enforcement program for a worldwide women’s apparel brand and secured the transfer of more than 100 domain names under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Procedure (“UDRP”). He received his master of laws in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University School of Law in 2010, after graduating magna cum laude from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009.

Mr. Peltz practices intellectual property law involving both transactional and litigation matters, including brand management, technology and entertainment law. Mr. Peltz earned his juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. In 2011, he served as an intern at the World Intellectual Property Organization (the specialized intellectual property agency of the United Nations), focusing on intellectual property and international law. Mr. Peltz also previously served as a summer law clerk at PCH.
