Michael Shafer is an associate with the firm who focuses his practice on IP litigation and enforcement.

Michael graduated from Harvard Law School in 2019. At Harvard, Michael participated in the Berkman Klein Center Cyberlaw Clinic as well as the Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program.

Michael has represented clients in cases involving copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, as well as general commercial litigation. His experience also includes representing clients in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in domain name disputes under the UDRP in front of WIPO and the American Arbitration Association.

Outside of work, Michael is a gamer, digital artist, and concert-goer.
